 Dune Export Can't Deal with Same Name Albums Bug #1:
I have three albums with the same name (Greatest Hits).
Three different artists Gloria Estefan, The Guess Who, and ZZ Top).
Musicnizer database handles them fine.
When exported to Dune, I only get one (1) Album "Greatest Hits", with the cover for Gloria Estefan Greatest hits. When selected on Dune, it has album cover for ZZ Zop Greatest hist, Album info for ZZ Top Greatest Hits, and contains the tracks from all three albums "Greatest Hits".
Bug #2:
I can only export to Dune successfully if I select 20 to 30 albums at a time. If I select more than that, the export initializes and completes in a few seconds, and does not complete the export of the pictures.
Bug #3:
How come the main menu icon on the Dune export for Artists is different than Album, Genre, Year, and has no text associated with it? The export is grabbing the nophoto.png from Musicnizer\Dune Templates\Bloody Mary\Group Images rather than the artists.png and artistssel.png.
Let me know if you want Dune snapshots of the bugs listed above.

The biggest issue at the moment is the limited export numbers.
I used the free trial and all was fine, so after purchasing the product I was very disappointed that I have to export my entire catalog an Artist at a time.
Do you have a timeline when these bugs will be fixed?
The main reason for buying the program was the Dune export.

We cannot recreate the bug, could you please provide us with more information about the program version and the step-by-step screenshots of the Dune catalogue creating process.

Re: Dune Export Can't Deal with Same Name Albums I am using V4.0 build 224 from 6/2/11. I am using Win7 64 bit on my PC but all of my music and the exported dune catalogue reside on a Windows Home Server V1. I have over 700 albums in my collection. The procedure I have been doing to export the catalogue to the dune player is. TOOLS - Create Dune album catalog and the screen shots below show the next steps. Once I hit create I get the Initialization window pop up, then i get a Not responding message in that bar, then that goes away and finally I get the completed message as shown in the last screenshot. IF I export albums or artists one by one everything works fine.
