Downloaded, and installed version 9.1. I use the 'modern interface', because it has less 'candy' and more space for movies. However, a problem I've come across. I like the option to 'Last updated instead of Last added'. But that doesn't work any more, and changing it to 'Show Last added' doesn't mak...

Re: Feature requests for the next version

I've asked this a number of times, so feel, one more wouldn't do any harm. It's about the countries organization that provided the rating. It's always MPAA, and if you look on USA Amazon's DVD site, you'll see a lot of DVD's aren't rated (I'm guessing this is because it's got 50 States). I'm in the ...

Re: Settings for different database

I agree with you that a database, that contains both DVD & Blu-Ray sleeves will look ugly. I know I've tried it. Hence my two different databases, one for DVD, the other for Blu-Ray discs. But, and here is where the problem is..My DVD database (2.800 sleeves) is just right, space perfect..room for t...

Re: Another couple of problems with database's

And these scripts are located where? Why doesn't the list in one database, appear in the other? Do I have to download these scripts for both. I was under the impression, that the settings remain the same, only the database changes. So, is the rating list in the database somehow, or in the main progr...

Another couple of problems with database's

I've now found, when I open the Blu-Ray database, I'm unable to add anything extra to the MPAA tag. That is to say, it has the default collection (7 ratings), but nothing can be added. However, if I open the DVD database, I've managed to add a number of extra 'ratings' into the MPAA list (see attach...

Re: Settings for different database

I know about opening different databases..that's not really the problem. The problem is in the setting. If all sleeves were the same size, than the problem would not exist. But DVD & Blu-Ray sleeves are not the same size, so expecting the settings to 'Fit All' , is just not viable. Hence my request ...

Settings for different database

I've been collecting DVDs for a good number of years.....and have about 2,700. But I've recently started to collect movies on blu-ray discs, so have created another database. And it's here the problem lies, both databases share the same settings. I have the settings (space between sleeves) just righ...

Ratings...continued.

I now find I can't add anything to the actual rating. It still stays at MPAA...but now I can only choose a rating from the drop down menu. If the rating of the film is rated something different that's what's available (German & UK examples) then I'm stuck...I can either show an incorrect rating (nea...

Ratings

Although it’s possible to add to the movie’s classification rating, and even a brief description why it received that rating, it’s not possible to change the country providing that rating as it’s stuck at MPAA (American). Although it’s possible to change this in the language file in the Movienizer f...
